We offer three ways to bring your new companion home, depending on your location and preference:
We do not ship companions as unaccompanied cargo. Every delivery method includes a real person caring for your companion throughout the journey.
Our ground nanny transport is ideal for deliveries within a reasonable driving distance. A dedicated, background-checked pet nanny transports your companion in a climate-controlled vehicle, with scheduled stops for food, water, and potty breaks. You'll receive photo and location updates throughout the trip.
For longer distances, our flight nanny service pairs your companion with a dedicated escort who flies in-cabin (never as cargo) to the airport nearest you. You will meet your nanny and companion directly at the arrival gate or a designated meeting point. This service is fully insured and includes real-time flight tracking.

Exact delivery pricing will always be confirmed in writing before your deposit is finalized — no hidden fees.
Before your companion travels, we complete the following preparation steps:
An official USDA-endorsed health certificate is issued by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of travel.
A final physical exam is completed to confirm your companion is fit and ready for travel.
Travel crate, familiar bedding, food, and comfort items are packed for the journey.
You'll receive a confirmation call/message with exact pickup or arrival details.
While we do everything possible to keep deliveries on schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, flight cancellations, or health/safety concerns for your companion. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost, where the delay is outside your control. Rescheduling due to buyer unavailability may incur additional fees.
